Player registration will NOT be complete until the Medical Release Form has been submitted. 
     Forms should be submitted to the coach or team parent at the first practice.
             Players cannot participate until this form has been submitted.

To verify whether a player is eligible to play for Delmar Little League Baseball, use the Little League League Finder tool.  
             Providing false, incomplete, or misleading facts or information may result in player disqualification.
